Dear Friends,
On Sunday, we hear another story about the meaning of discipleship. Jesus’ closest followers complain that people who are not part of their group are doing the work of the Lord—healing, comforting, and bringing hope. Jesus’ response to his disciple’s complaints challenged their preconceptions and they have meaning for our lives today as we seek to walk in Jesus’ way. I hope you’ll join us on Sunday, September 29 at 10:30 am.m for worship and a sermon that I’m calling, “The Jesus Franchise.”
Grace and peace,
Chris
