NOTICE OF ANNUAL ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING
SUNDAY MAY 19, 2024
The Annual Organizational Meeting was held in-person on Sunday, May 19, 2024, in the Sanctuary immediately following worship. The quorum for this meeting is 50 voting members. The meeting was open to members and friends of Central.
At this meeting:
- Annual reports from committees and ministries of the church were presented for review.
- The funding by unrestricted portion of the Endowment Fund (not to exceed $60,000) for installation of solar panels at Central Congregational Church was reviewed.
- The Nominating Committee presented the slate of candidates to serve on church committees to be voted on by the congregation.
Voting will take place through this online survey. The link to the survey is sent to members of the Church following the meeting. Online voting survey must be submitted by no later than Monday, May 20, 2024.
Printed copy of the Annual Report which contains committee reports and the proposed slate was available at the meeting. Digital copies were sent Friday, May 10 or can be viewed by clicking the links below.
For those people without email address on file, the Annual Report and ballot were mailed via USPS postal service. Paper ballots must be returned to the church office no later than Monday, May 20, 2024. If you have changes to your mailing address or would like to add your e-mail, contact the church office.
