PASTOR'S PREVIEW

Beloved Central Church,

As we continue the season of Eastertide, we hear more stories that reveal the identity of Jesus and his meaning for our lives. Our gospel reading this week comes from the 14th chapter of John, a text that is tenderly used in times of grief and loss because of the promise of a heavenly dwelling place for all God's people. In these words, Jesus' speaks of his love for God and for his disciples. He also offers guidance that is frequently overlooked or misunderstood when he promises that he is The Way. I hope you'll join us for worship and a sermon that I'm calling, "You Know the Way."

We also have the chance to meet our pastor for sabbatical coverage, the Rev. Dave Van Arsdale and to gather for a potluck luncheon in his honor after worship.

Grace and Peace,

Rev. Chris
