NOTICE OF ANNUAL
ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING
SUNDAY MAY 19, 2024
The Annual Organizational Meeting will be held on Sunday, May 19, 2024 in person, in the Sanctuary immediately following worship. The quorum for this meeting is 50 voting members. The meeting is open to members and friends of Central. At this meeting annual reports from committees and ministries of the church will be presented for review. The Nominating Committee will present a slate of candidates to serve on church committees to be voted on by the congregation. Voting will take place through an online survey. A link to the survey will be sent to members of the Church following the meeting.
Printed preview copies of the Annual Report which contains committee reports and the proposed slate will be available for you to pick up in the church office or at worship service on Sunday, May 12. Digital copies will be sent via e-mail on Friday, May 10.
For those members without email address on file, the Annual Report, and ballot is sent through USPS postal service. Please return all paper ballots to the church office no later than Monday, May 20, 2024.
Digital voting survey will be sent via e-mail immediately following the Annual Organizational meeting on Sunday,May 19, 2024.
We extend an invitation to those of you who are new to Central Church and would like to learn more about how we are organized and carry out the work we are called to do.
